In-depth careers guidance is a service offered at secondary schools to prepare pupils in the preliminary and final year of secondary school in a targeted and systematic way for the transition to a career.

The three career-oriented branches of technology, business and communication and nutrition and social affairs can all be offered at the school. While students gain initial experience in all three branches in Year 7, they choose one branch from Year 8 onwards.

Practical teaching methods characterize the lessons in this area:

  • Projects
  • company visits
  • work placements
  • Seminar weeks for career guidance

We also work closely with partners outside the school to provide career guidance:

  • Internship companies
  • Vocational schools
  • Vocational Training Center of the Bavarian Economy (bfz)
  • Federal Employment Agency
  • Belregio - vocational preparation work

During the transition from school to work, our students are also supported by career entry counselors.
